Blue Dreams Resort selects Asisia Technology for the call center services

Blue Dreams Resort, with own eCommerce center, decided to procure a new call centre management tool and, after a thorough analysis, chose to go for Asisia Systems.


The call centre management tool developed by Denge Tek and called Asisia is a 365-degree hotel CRM, call centre and online sale platform that works locally or in the cloud where all data will be with the hotel. Asisia, with development offices in Estonia, works with bespoke hotel brands and offers services worldwide.


With the new Asisia system in place and a new ecom structure, Blue Dreams Resort aims to increase its direct sales share and create a better guest experience in the booking, stay and post-stay processes.
