BODASK the Bodrum Mountain Bike association signed a three year agreement with "City Mountainbike" to organize National Series in Turkey. The agreement that runs to 2025 is a vital part of the mountainbike sports development in the region. Ali Sonay the chairman of BODASK stated that "This agreement will pave the way for young talents from our region to compete in the sports globally and will help our 10 year master plan of developing the bicycle sports in Mugla, Bodrum region.
One of the main sponsors and also founding member of BODASK, Ahmet Pandır continued; comparatively the bicycle sports in Turkey is still underdeveloped and untapped, with these kind of exciting global events taking place we will surely attract the attention of our young population and this will lead them to join the environmental friendly, fun and exploring bike sports. With these action we also aim to increase awareness of all benefits that comes from biking such as health benefits, ecological diversity, personal development and socialising.
